Returns And Refunds Policy

Sometimes an order just isn't the one. At Sullivan & Reed Charleston, here's how returns and refunds work when you shop with us.

30 Day Return Window

You can return your item within 30 days of the day it arrives.

To qualify, items need to be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with any original tags and packaging

We don't charge restocking fees.

This policy doesn't affect the consumer rights you have under applicable US law.

Return Costs

If your item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong product showed up, the return is on us. Reach out before you ship anything back so we can set up the right fix.

If you're returning because you changed your mind, picked the wrong size, or simply don't need it, the return shipping is on you. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the item is faulty. Returns go to our fulfillment center.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@sullivanreedcharleston.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll send you instructions for shipping it back.
  3. Pack it securely so nothing gets damaged along the way.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll confirm whether the refund is approved.

After approval, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 7 business days to appear.

Exchanges

Want a different size or item? Get in touch and we'll help where we can. Sometimes the quickest route is simply placing a new order.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items can't be returned. When that's the case, it's stated clearly on the product page.
